Terms Of Service
NorthStar ProWash is a professional pressure washing company providing services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to exterior surface cleaning, including buildings, sidewalks, driveways, decks, fences and house siding.
Meeting Expectations: NorthStar ProWash strives to meet and exceed customer expectations for all pressure washing services provided. However, due to the nature of pressure washing, we cannot guarantee that all stains and marks will be removed, and we cannot be held liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or previous cleaning attempts.
Payment: Payment is required upon completion of the job. In the event that payment is not received within the day of job completion, NorthStar ProWash reserves the right to pursue legal action and charge an additional 10% late fee.
Inclement Weather: If weather conditions make it unsafe to complete the job, NorthStar ProWash reserves the right to reschedule the service for a later date. We will work with the customer to find a mutually convenient date and time for the rescheduled service.
Scope of Work: The scope of work for each pressure washing service will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer prior to the job. Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be documented and agreed upon by both parties.
Termination: Either party may terminate the service within notice if there is a breach of the terms and conditions, non-compliance with agreed-upon scope of work, or failure to make payment as per the payment terms.
Damage Documentation: NorthStar ProWash will take pictures and document any damages to the property prior to beginning the pressure washing services. This documentation will be used to ensure that any damages that occur during the service are not pre-existing and are addressed in a fair and reasonable manner.
Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and other proprietary information, used in connection with NorthStar ProWash services are owned by NorthStar ProWash and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
Privacy Policy: NorthStar ProWash respects the privacy of its customers and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 3 days prior to the scheduled service. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate schedule changes. However, multiple cancellations or rescheduling may result in the termination of the service agreement.
By hiring NorthStar ProWash for pressure washing services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions stated above. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in termination of services and legal action to recover any damages incurred.
